Sudwindsports has selected several independent holiday houses for you. As we own these properties ourselves or work closely together with the owners we can assure the quality of the accommodation. These holiday houses are all situated in the village of Saint Pierre-la-Mer, in walking distance to the Sudwindsports watersports centre.

The Beach House 
Situated at only 30 meters from the sandy beach and the Mediterranean Sea, this small holiday house offers an ideal place to stay for people who want to spend as much time as possible on the beach. The house is in easy walking distance from the Kitezone in one direction and the Saint Pierre town centre in the other. Villa Copacabana
This modern detached villa is situated on the hill of Saint Pierre, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and still only 500 meters away from the beach and the Sudwindsports watersports school. It is an ideal base for people who like to have all mod cons at hand during their holiday, especially since there is access to the residence's communal swimming pool at the end of the road.
