The Beach House - Stay (almost) on the beach!

Independent holiday house (30m2) with low mezzanine and walled terrace (12m2) for a maximum of 4 persons, situated at 30 meters from the sandy beach of Saint Pierre-la-Mer. Living room with fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooking plates and microwave oven. Electric heating. Breakfast bar. One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage unit, one window. Low mezzanine with two single beds (90x180) and storage unit, one window. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Closed terrace with garden furniture set and electric barbecue. Private parking place.

Smokers please smoke outside only! Accommodation not suitable for wheel chair users. Due to acces the mezzanine is unsuitable for very young children or people with reduced mobility.

 * Rentals between 03/07/10 and 28/08/10 take place for a minimum period of 7 nights, commencing on a Saturday.
** All rentals except for those between 03/07/10 and 28/08/10 take place for a minimum period of 3 nights, commencing on any day of the week.
*** Sheet rental is included for any stay of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays a sheet rental supplement will be added to the rental price.

Arrival: between 16.00 and 19.00. Departure between 08.00 and 10.00.
A € 150 damages deposit will have to be left with the owner upon arrival. The house is to be left in a perfectly clean condition. In case additional cleaning is needed this will be charged at  € 40. 
Electricity and water are included in the renal price, except for the periods from 17/04 until 01/05 and from 25/09 until 07/11, in which electricity will be charged according to the meter reading at the end of the stay.
