Villa Copacabana - For a lovely stay in the sun!

Independent, modern and light 2-bedroom holiday villa (68m2), for a maximum of 6 persons, situated in a quiet residential area of Saint Pierre-la-Mer, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was built in 2003 at 500 meters from the sandy beach of St.Pierre-la-Mer and at 300 meters from the town’s closest amenities.
On the first floor: Spacious open plan kitchen/living room (32 m2) with double sofa bed (140x200) and adjoining terrace (34 m2) with a sea view, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, electric cooking plates, oven, micro wave, dish washer and washing machine.
On the second floor: first bedroom with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, window with sea view. Second bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 x190) and wardrobe, window with sea view. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, window. All rooms are heated. Other equipment: television with DVD player in first bedroom, radio/CD player in living room.
On the ground floor: garden, 2 private parking spaces and storage unit for water sports equipment and barbecue. Free access to a communal swimming pool (open from 15/06 until 15/09) at 100 meters distance, at the end of the street. No lifeguard. Sorry no pets. Smokers please smoke outside only! Accommodation not suitable for wheel chair users.

* Rentals between 03/07/10 and 28/08/10 take place for a minimum period of 7 nights, commencing on a Saturday.
** All rentals except for those between 03/07/10 and 28/08/10 take place for a minimum period of 3 nights, commencing on any day of the week.
*** Sheet rental is included for any stay of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays a sheet rental supplement will be added to the rental price.

Arrival: between 16.00 and 19.00. Departure between 08.00 and 10.00.
A € 300 damages deposit will have to be left with the owner upon arrival. The house is to be left in a perfectly clean condition. In case additional cleaning is needed this will be charged at  € 60. Electricity and water are included in the renal price, except for the periods from 17/04 until 01/05 and from 25/09 until 07/11, in which electricity will be charged according to the meter reading at the end of the stay.
