* Rentals between 03/07/10 and 28/08/10 take place for a minimum period of 7 nights, commencing on a Saturday.
** All rentals except for those between 02/07/11 and 27/08/11 take place for a minimum period of 3 nights, commencing on any day of the week.
*** Sheet rental is included for any stay of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays a sheet rental supplement will be added to the rental price.
Arrival: between 16.00 and 19.00. Departure between 08.00 and 10.00.
A € 150 damages deposit will have to be left with the owner upon arrival. The house is to be left in a perfectly clean condition. In case additional cleaning is needed this will be charged at € 40.
Electricity and water are included in the renal price, except for the periods from 01/01 until 30/04 and from 24/09 until 31/12, in which electricity will be charged according to the meter reading at the end of the stay.
