About Sudwindsports

Who are we? 

Stephen Jones (33), originally from Lancashire, England, has been working in the sports and tourism industry since his college days. With jobs in Greece, Spain, Scotland, Andorra and Venezuela Steve has built up a set of qualifications that allows him to instruct clients of all levels and ages, as well as future instructors. Steve is a Trainer for the IKO, and holds the RYA Senior Windsurfing instructor qualification and gained his French equivalency the Brevet d'Etat Voile. Furthermore he is an Medic First Aid Instructor and RYA Powerboat instructor. He holds a management degree, is a kitesurfing competition judge, a BASI ski instructor, and apart from that also an all round nice guy. Stephen speaks French and English.

Evelien Pot (36), from Holland, has been in sports and tourism for over 12 years with jobs in the French Alps, Austria, Andorra, Belgium and Venezuela. Evelien holds the RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor qualification, an Austrian ski instructor qualification and is a qualified first-aider. Speaking 4 languages and holding a degree in Communications, she heads the Sudwindsports office, replying to your emails and making your bookings. When she is not in the office this mummy loves to be out on the beach or on the water! Evelien speaks Dutch, English, French and German.
